My father often said that he never thought he'd be alive to see such old age. Perhaps, if he stayed in Russia, he wouldn't. Here there were so many resources available to prolong life and to live comfortably. No matter what complaint he might've had against the American politics or other things, he'd always finish saying: "God bless America!" He was not a strong man in a sense of the machismo. He was strong in his fervent loyalty to his family and kindness to all people. His life is an inspiration to me, because, in spite all the suffering and problems, he was faithful to himself. And himself was patient, kind and never boastful. that Jewish man turned out to be a great Christian!
