LUDOVICO EINAUDI!

All day I buzzed in anticipation: Ludovico EinaudiLudovico Einaudi! I won tickets to Ludovico Einaudi's concert! My husband, Taka, picked me up from a hotel where I stayed for a workshop. He was thirty minutes late because he didn't look at the directions that I left in the car. We drove unto the Bay Bridge Toll Plaza and stopped. Everybody stopped. Since I found out that Taka will be late, I've been stilling myself to a possibility that we won't see the concert or see very little of it. The parking lot, that the Toll Plaza becameconfirmed my fears. The Bay Bridge has undergone some reconstruction lately; we saw, what it was when, pass the toll booths, we still didn't move much. They put street lights on the freeway, to help the cars move and merge safely. If the engineers who worked on the plan for the bridge heard what people in the cars said, they wouldn't feel very safe!
Taka gets very angry when he drives. Fortunately for the other drivers on the road, he takes it out on me and not on them. This time I managed to bite my tongue when Taka started to get cranky, because, Ludovico Einaudi was waiting for me!
